Ken Harvey (AMIEE DMS LicCIPD) has been a manager for over thirty years, both in a major national organisation and running his own business. His current specialism is in Management NVQs at levels 3,4 and 5 and is one of our Internal Verifiers for Management, Customer Service, Administration, Team Leading and Training and Development. Ken is the centre co-ordinator and owns Redmires Development Services Ltd.
Alex Beeson (Cert Ed, DipRSA, LicCIPD) is a qualified teacher and trainer/assessor/verifier with many years of experience in schools, colleges and the workplace. Her experience is mainly in the business management and IT sectors with particular interest in keyskill development. She has prepared and delivered short courses in management skills to a wide variety of organisations nationally.
Charlie Gusterson (MInstLM, AIBA, AInstAM) has thirty two years of leadership and management experience worldwide. He also has several years experience as a Business Adviser for both Start Up and Established Businesses. An NVQ Assessor for Management, Business Planning, Business Counselling and Customer Service. He is also an experienced trainer in Leadership, Assertiveness, Customer Service and Equalities/Diversity.
Anne Harvey has worked within the customer service and administration sector for the past 12 years in companies such as Corus Steels and Computacenter plc. In this time she has created and managed administration teams, delivered training for managers and implemented complex internal communication programmes. Anne is a qualified NVQ assessor and is currently delivering Customer Service NVQs for RAC Auto Windscreens nationally and involved in delivering Team Leadership training courses and of the Team Leadership NVQ for RAC Auto Windscreens.
Lynn Wilson (DMS MIVA) is also extremely experienced and over the 15 years she has been involved in training and development has worked with hundreds of individuals assisting them to achieve their potential through advice, guidance and assessment. She has worked with many large organisations including Marks and Spencer (nationally), Direct Line Insurance (nationally), West Yorkshire Fire Service, Morrison's, Asda and others. She is extremely familiar with all aspects of learning and development and for the past five years as a freelance consultant has consolidated the good reputation already in existence. She is currently working with NVQ candidates as well as delivering Customer Service training.
